We deliver directly to your door anywhere in Australia to both residential and business addresses - in all major cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin - as well as rural areas. 

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number and email updates from Australia Post so that you can track the progress of your delivery.

We are also able to deliver to work addresses, hotels and PO Boxes throughout Australia. A signature is needed for the parcel due to the high value of your designer dress so please ensure someone is present at the nominated address to sign for the parcel.

If you are not at home or work to sign for your parcel Australia Post will leave a card with further instructions and will leave your parcel at your nearest Australia Post Office to collect at your earliest convenience. Should an ATL (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing parcels left by the courier.

3 Hour Delivery available in Sydney Metro

Your Closet has partnered with WantItNow to offer Sydney customers situated within a 15km radius of Sydney CBD, a 3 hour delivery service direct to your door. If this service is available, it will appear as an option at checkout and is charged at a flat rate of $15. If 3 hour delivery is selected after 12pm, please allow up to 5pm for delivery due to traffic. Please note this service is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Same Day Sydney Pick Up

Sydney customers are also welcome to pick up from our Neutral Bay showroom in Sydney's Northern Beaches, Monday through Saturday. Simply place your order online and select 'Instore Pick Up' option at the checkout. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. You can also try it on so that if you don't love it, we can help you swap it for a new one on the spot.
