1. Find It: Filter by color, length, trend and more to find the best look. We have thousands of dresses from 250+ designers.

2.Reserve It: Choose a delivery and return date, and rent for 4 or 8 days.

3. Receive It: The dress will be delivered via Australia Post to your home, office or hotel by 5.30pm on your delivery date.

4. Return It: Returns are free! Place items in the provided packaging (which includes a pre-paid label). Take the packaging to a Australia Post Office by 12pm on your rental return date. We’ll handle the dry cleaning.
+ What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable, and the $5 insurance fee covers minor stains and damage. But significant damage and theft aren't covered under the insurance. If the item is damaged beyond repair, the fee is the retail price of the item and we then send you the dress to enjoy as you take on full ownership.
+ What if my dress doesn’t fit?
If your designer dress arrives and isn’t a perfect fit then you can contact us via email (info@your-closet.co.au) or phone (02 9949 4689) to overnight or same day courier an alternative style or size otherwise we can issue you with a credit note for a future rental. Simply log in to your profile and print out the Credit Request and send it back filled out with you unworn dress (with all tags intact). A unique code will then be sent to your email within 2 days of the dress being scanned back into the warehouse.
+ What if my rental period ends on a Sunday?
Simply slip your dress in the return satchel included in your order at to the nearest Australia Post Office by 2pm the following business day.
+ How do I return my dress?
Returning your dress is quick and easy. Simply place it in the prepaid return satchel provided and drop it at your nearest Post Office or yellow Express Postal Box. We recommend returning your dress across the counter at an Australia Post Office as it will be immediately scanned as proof of lodgement. If the dress is returned via the yellow Australia Post boxes then you assume all responsibility until the first scan by Australia Post is made.
+ Can the designer dress be delivered to my home or office?
Yes of course, as long as there is someone there to sign for it on your behalf. If your dress is being delivered to a business addres please ensure the name of the business is given in the delivery instructions at the checkout.

Delivery

+ How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $12.95 and includes Express delivery to you and a pre-paid return satchel included in your package.
+ Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes of course, as long as there is someone there to sign for it on your behalf. If your dress is being delivered to a business addres please ensure the name of the business is given in the delivery instructions at the checkout.
+ How long will it take for my designer dress to be delivered?
The estimated standard delivery time is 1-2 business days - depending on your location & the time you submitted your order. If your order is placed before 11am (Sydney time), we will dispatch it on the same day, but if not, we will dispatch it the next working day. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, then the order will be processed during business hours on the next business day.
+ Can I track my items?
Yes. After we’ve dispatched your item we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include your tracking number and the estimated delivery date. If you do not have a tracking number, please feel free to contact our Stylist team to follow up your order.
+ Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver all around Australia to both residential and business addresses - in all major cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin - as well as rural areas.
+ Do I have to sign for my items?
A signature is required for the parcel however anyone present at the address at the time of delivery can sign on your behalf.
+ Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes we delivery to PO Boxes Australia wide.
+ What happens if I am not home to sign for the parcel?
You have 2 options: we can either leave it at the nearest Post Office for you to pick up later, or we can leave it at your door. If you would like us to leave your packages at your door, please let us know in the 'Additional Notes' section when you're checking out.
+ What time will my dress arrive?
Approximately between 8.30am and 5.30pm, however your tracking details should give you further guidance on the exact time.

Returns

+ How do I return my dress?
Returning your dress is quick and easy. Simply place the dress in the postage-paid return bag and drop it at your nearest Post Office or yellow Express Postal Box. There's no need to return any cards or boxes you receive.
+ Late Fee Policy
We take pride in meeting and exceeding the expectations of all of our customers by providing an exceptional experience that begins with an on-time delivery. When a dress is not returned to us on time by a customer, or is lost or stolen, it impacts our ability to deliver on our promises to other customers and it harms our business. Because our products are unique and not replaceable, we cannot purchase additional products to fulfill orders due to late returns. We rely on our customers to return our products on time so that we can continue to fulfill orders for other customers. Please review our Late Fee Policy below which explains how to return your rental products and outlines the late fees charged for late returns.
+ Returning Products
- The date to send back your rental items is stated in your online invoice. In order to avoid a late fee, you must send back the products you rented in the return packaging provided to you by Your Closet by 2pm on your nominated delivery date. The return service provider is Australia Post.

- We recommend returning the parcel across the counter at an Australia Post Office where the parcel will be scanned as immediate proof of return. If you choose to return via an Australia Post Express box it is your responsibility until the first scan performed via Australia Post.

- Please do not leave your rentals with any third party (hotel, mail room, friend) for return as you would still be held liable for any late fees incurred.

- If you lose the return packaging, you are responsible for returning the item at your own expense by the expected return date, and providing Your Closet with a tracking number. Returns should be sent to the following address:

+ What if I return my order late?
A late return is subject to fees at the rate of $50 per day for every day that your order is late. You can read our complete late fee policy here.
+ How do I know that my dress has arrived safely back with you?
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your dress back. All return postage bags have their own unique tracking number, so please note down this number so that you can track it if you wish.

+ How do I select the best fit?

Can’t decide and need styling advice: Email a stylist. They’re experienced stylists, and have tried on all of our dresses. Love a style but need more info: Find fit and measurement details on the "Size and Fit" tab of each dress page. Wish you could see the dress on a similar body shape to your own? Browse the ‘Customer Photos’ under the model photos to see how women just like you have worn the dress and review comments on how they found the fit, length and everything else.
